Need a Roommate for my 2x2 Apartment!
I am a -year-old Math Major at 💛 UCF and a tutor. A few words to describe me is outgoing, 🎇neat, friendly, easy going, and understanding. I like to go out with my friends but being home alone painting on the balcony is equally as satisfying. I’ve lived and adapted to living with a lot of different people. However, my ideal roommate would be a friendly and understanding person, who respects their roommate’s space, belongings and ⌚time. Leaving common areas tidy for each other to use and maintaining shared object’s condition is major.
The bedroom listed is the Master Bedroom and it has more privacy, a private bathroom, and a larger closet. The bedroom does not come furnished, however the rest of the apartment will be. If you are just starting out, the only thing you need is a bed and lots of hangers. I have all kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes that I am willing to share. (I cook most of my meals). The apartment also comes with a deep storage closet right outside the door. (See floorplan). The price listed does not include utilities or services, however Wifi, 🌊 water, trash valet, pest control, renter&#;s insurance and 💡electricity are roughly another $ per person per month.
