Review from 12/3/16 on Google Apr 2016: Frustration in trying to talk with someone when hours are apparently 9 to 5 M-F. Very customer and services UNoriented. The bean counters must learn that customer service is number one--not voice mails, texts or "Please call us during regular business hours." Afterall, you are in business to make a profit, and that only comes with good product and services.
Review from 4/22/16 on Google Oct 2015: I had originally posted a 5-star review when I moved here two years ago, but with the change in management I'm downgrading all the way down to one. Previously I could pay my rent online and make maintenance requests online that went straight to maintenance. I don't know what is up with these people, but they have not gotten any kind of online portal working in the ~4 months since they took over. I have to pay in person, which is annoying because both me and my wife are usually gone for the entire time they are open because we work.
Review from 10/14/15 on Google Jul 2015: I don't like this place at all. I can't wait to move. It's outdated, the staff is horrible, things break constantly, the gate rarely works, the A/C breaks often, specially during the summer. They decided to raise the rent $75/month. This is an old apartment complex, not worth the money they are charging, it's ridiculous. Avoid moving here if possible. You can get a better place for the same money, even a house or townhome. I'm just waiting for my lease to expire!
Review from 7/20/2015 on Google Jul 2015: People always seem to post reviews when they are unhappy so I thought I would share my GREAT experience at Century Waterford Lakes. I recently moved in my apartment in May 2015. I absolutely love it! The office staff made me feel welcomed and honestly they are the reason I decided on Century. With so many options in Orlando it was important for me to chose a complex where I felt comfortable. My apartment is spacious and the pool is beautiful, and I really enjoy the walking trail. Maintenance is always friendly and helpful. I had one minor issue- My bathtub faucet was leaking but Mark came out same day and had it repaired. So I would recommend Century! I have no complaints!
Review from 7/3/2015 on Google Jul 2015: Let me start by saying all of the negative reviews are 100% accurate. The community recently had a change in management and they think that miraculously the community is transformed. We have been living in dirty ass apartments with underwear and mac and cheese containers laying in the bushes for 9 months but lets paint the speed bumps yellow as soon as we take over. The focus was clearly on curb appeal to attract naive new residents since they know there is no saving or renewing current residents. This !!!!!! lost everything on its old user portal and now the office claims to have no record of anything. They raised the rent as if they are upper class apartments. The lights are always out, the gate NEVER works, they spent about a month per entrance side "repaving" only for holes to be created weeks after this huge pain in the butt.
