We are looking for a chill 👨 guy to replace me on the lease or sublease if needed. It is a house full of 👨 males so unless you&#;re comfortable with it, this spot is fit for a 👨 guy. House is in front of a beautiful lake, so for the price it is well worth the location and views that come along with it. The rent for the room is $ plus utilities which are never more than another $. It comes out to $-$ a month and is unbeatable as far as price to location. I know of several similar houses on the block charges students $-$ for being in this neighborhood.
