Dec 2017: Terrible place to live. Management is the worst I have ever seen. nickel and dime you for dust on doors and dirty foil. Maintenance guy leaves the door to your apartment open or unlocked so anyone could walk in.
My rent kept raising up and no updates were made to make it worth it.
Car was broken into and they did nothing but when a guy's bike is stolen they call the police and look at the security tapes. Review from Google
Sep 2017: This apartment's office wants all tenants' money by doing ridiculous cleaning checks. It is quite unfair fining system that makes feel bad living in here. I and my roomates clean here regularily and we maintain here really clean but office fined us for just little dust in our unit. And they don't clean when they accept new tenants before the move in date. And they made us clean everything but funally fine us. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Close to UVU with nice amenities and units. You get the full college experience here as the ambassadors for UVU live here. I would say to those out of state students who like to get a little wild that those types of "activities" are not allowed even if you are of age. This is caused by the heavy morman influence.
Review from 9/20/17 on GoogleAug 2017: I finally went in person to the office instead of waiting for an email reply for about 2 months and talked to them. They were more cooperative and said they'd look into the fines on my deposit. Just a tip: FILM everything when moving in and out, so you have something to look back on if they try to fine you. Other than some bad encounters with management, the place itself is great. Just look at everything, inside, outside, top bottom, in between and note it.

Jul 2017: The Management here ruins what little good things this place has going for them. they charge you and fee you for every little thing they can. management isn't understanding what so ever. there are the dumbest rules here.. i feel like i'm more restricted than i was growing up. Mario, the head maintenance guy is the biggest jerk there is. stay far far from this place. worst experience at student housing i have ever had.
i was booted while in a perfectly legal parking stall with the right parking pass. the tow guy was a jerk but i did nothing wrong so i stood there for an hour til he finally just took it off cause he knew i wasn't going to budge.

Jul 2017: The apartments are good, adequately priced for what you're getting. Washer and dryer, single rooms make it an okay place to live. The only problem is that the management is a joke. good luck getting a hold of them if you need something. They also come into your apartment all the time. I would not recommend this apartment. The management is too overwhelming. They will also nickle and dime you the whole time.

Jun 2017: It's a good place to live, good location, good rooms. But they nickel and dime you on everything. I got charged $100 at checkout because of a cracked bed, when I didn't even see or feel anything that happened. Plus they charged me $35 for a cleaning after I deep cleaned the entire apartment. Management is very strict, and very money hungry. Update: They looked into this situation and realized that this bed problem was previously there so they are giving me my $100 back. Definitely brought my review from a 1 star to a 4. XXXX is great to work with.
