Oct 2017: If I could I wouldn't even give them a rating or a star. But I'm on a 9 month contract and its $485 a month. Which is way too high. Plus I get paid the first Friday of each month and I went and talked to a lady in the office and she was way nice about it and then my monthly rent comes around being $535. So don't live here. They screw you over majorly.

Sep 2017: Really hard to work with the owners. Management office is really nice and will do what they can. But the policies are strict and over the top. Will definitely screw you over as much as possible.

Aug 2017: Fantastic management! They really try to help you with your needs. I lived at both Gateway and Towers and Ester specifically has been such a great help to me. I would recommend this student housing to anyone.

Jul 2017: I would give 0star if I could. This place was absolutely awful. I had to pay $429 for super small sized private room. I had to live with 7 more roommates, while 4 of them always threw party until 3am. Maybe 5am during the weekend for 8 months. They smoked cigarette, weed, drank alcohol every single day that I complained to management. What they told me was to call cops instead of telling them, although I had a bunch of proof that they were doing weed. They don't care whether their residents do things like this or not. So I eventually called cops and then submitted the paper I got from police station and gave it to the management office people.

Jul 2017: Office staff are always nice and helpful. Enjoy living here. Eight people is kind of a lot to fit in one apartment, but once you get used to it, it's not so bad. Good price for the location and amenities included.
