This is a standard PRIVATE ROOM with full size bed at UNIVERSITY 🌉 gateWAY; you can coordinate with management and pick an apartment that you want. There are two shared bathrooms and 4 other 👩 girls (assuming maximum occupancy). Parking is available from management for $/ month.
I have really enjoyed living here, the only reason that I’m selling is because I have to move out of state. The management is awesome, and the tenants are the 🏆best in all the places that I’ve lived. The location is probably the 🏆best feature of this complex, right next to Walmart, UVX stop and other 🚍 bus stops are literally next door, 2 mins 🚶 walk from UVU. There is a swimming 🏊 pool, a hot tub, a volleyball court, BBQ spot and running trail. Laundry is $/semester, unlimited uses.
Lease length is from August to August . You can renew afterwards. The complex is ESA friendly.
The rent is $/month, flat rate utility $/ month. Normally the rent would be $/month, but I got a discount for the whole contract.
All the contracts for standard private rooms are already sold out and you cannot find a cheaper price for this kind of room elsewhere.
