Oct 2017: Absolutely terrible management.
We payed a full months rent for only 12 days and on top of that, none of the amenities are completed it’s still a construction zone out here. On top of that, I paid for covered parking and when I went to pick up my pass, they told me they over reserved the spaces so I didn’t get one but was still being charged. I just received a covered parking spot today and it’s in a completely different building and to make it even worse my parking space is the last in the lot and the idiots who designed it didn’t leave enough room for anyone to back out of the last few parking spaces.

Sep 2017: Horrible apartment complex
Move in times were absurdly inconvenient, the complex is no where near finished, we are basically living in a construction zone.
Management is awful at getting back to you unless you use strong language, they also booted my car even though I have a parking pass, they also did at to at least one other car for the same reason.
Highly recommend not signing a lease here.

Sep 2017: So far, my experience has been great with the other renters, but terrible with the management and complex itself...
1. I signed up for covered parking, and they switched me to uncovered parking without letting me know. Also, first they tried to tell me that I didn't sign up for covered, but later told me they had to switch people. (Attached is a picture of the text from management.)
2. Our TV was mounted crooked.
3. My bedroom key still doesn't work.
4. The elevator in my building hasn't worked since I've moved in.
5. The building was unfinished when it was time for move in.
6. The hot tub is puny...and unfinished. (I'm pretty sure you can fit a total of 7 people in there.)
8. The other amenities such as the club house and gym are not complete.
9. Although management is nice, they are extremely unhelpful.

Sep 2017: Since day one there has been problems. Anytime there is an urgent need for maintenance, one of the management comes (not knowing how to fix it) and then says the next day they'll send some one in who never ends up showing ex. our dishwasher was actively pouring water and told us that we would need wait... They didn't care that our door didn't lock and after 4 times of bringing it up finally got it taken care of when I insisted someone follow me up to my apartment right then. You pay too much to just be brushed off. A lot of empty lies. It's way to hard here to get anything done. I don't recommend it here. It's too bad because although the units look nice, management is impossible to work with troubles.

Aug 2017: Place seems great. Management was nice. doesn't make sense why I have to pay a full month's rent for only 2 weeks of august right away. Requests were completely iIGNORED. Move In times are completely inconvenient especially for people who work. I can only hope the place is nice, there are no hidden fees and I get the covered parking spot I requested and paid for!
