Rent is about $+utilities. The apartment is still very new and has a modern style. My three other roommates are incredibly friendly, fun, 🎇clean, and fairly quiet. We also have an washer/dryer in-unit! I&#;ve absolutely ❤️loved living here and I will probably move back if I get the chance.
The complex is right next to the UTA station, UVX 🚍 bus stops, UVU, and Walmart. We have amazing amenities including a hour gym, rock wall, 🏊 pool and hot tub, theater room, club house, and bowling alley! The apartment itself is unfurnished but we have enough furniture that you&#;ll only need a bed and whatever you need for the closet.
