Oct 2017: The apartments are nice enough, great ward, fairly close to campus, and the maintenance is great! Any request you make gets fixed the very next day! My only complaint is that there is a $14 "communications fee
" that we don't even use but still plagues the rent every month. On top of that, I pay $10 for parking, it's really nice to have parking, but it's a bit much to pay monthly. So you're "cheap" rent can end up being $30-40 more a month when the fees and utilities all get added up.

Oct 2017: The atmosphere and the ward is what makes this complex worth living in. There is an amazing bishopric. With that being said, the internet is very slow and the cable quality is the worst I've ever seen. The cable is almost not usable. The utilities are surprisingly high every week. This brings the total price to about the same price as other complexes. However, those other complexes offer google fiber and decent cable. Monthly cleaning checks are pretty chill and shouldn't bring stress. However, the check-out cleaning check is nearly impossible to pass. The apartments are very old, so achieving a perfect white clean is impossible.

Oct 2017: This is one of my favorite places I've lived in Provo. The people are super nice, management is great and very accommodating, and maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. I have no complaints about living here. I would recommend it to anyone :)

Oct 2017: Great complex! Internet is pretty fast and more reliable than others. Apartments are in good shape, and some have been partially remodeled. Nearby to lots of shopping and still within walking distance to campus (BYU). Staff is very friendly and helpful, taking care of any housing issues as soon as they arise.

Sep 2017: Location is great! It is just a 15min walk to campus, and there a lot of restaurants around. They have parties and other fun events during the year. Apartments and other areas of the complex are kept clean and well maintained.
