Mar 2018: Have called their office over 4 times and I always get the answering service. Cannot get information about how much the contracts cost. They never call back. Jan 2018: Living here has been wonderful. It's a block south of BYU campus, so I can walk to most of the buildings in 10 minutes. It has a parking lot on site as well as assigned covered parking spots (paid). The apartment has been remodeled with new carpet, granite countertops, paint, lights, entertainment center, and bigger closets. The rent is great for the condition and location of the place. Dealing with management has been a painless experience as well. They have responded to issues promptly and have been very helpful. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place close to campus for affordable rent. Review from Google Dec 2017: Quiet, easy cleaning checks, and miraculously has enough parking while I was here. Review from Google Dec 2017: Huge regrets living here. Though the place was nice and close to campus, it is definitely not worth the rent they charge you. It is way overpriced, and the boss is not willing to work with you or be helpful at all. The office is very nice at least and maintenance typically responds to issues pretty well. Regardless, it is definitely the worst and least accomodating place I have lived in Provo. I've lived in other places that are more helpful and understanding with contracts, but Casa Dea really kicks you to the curb. Go somewhere more worth it, like with way better parking, actual visitor parking, and an actual pool and gym (cause that is what the price of this place should be worth). Review from Google Dec 2017: My roommates and I called this place the hidden gem of Provo because its super nice and cheap but nobody really knows about it!
It is managed by the dreaded Redstone Residential now though so I bet prices will start rocketing soon enough. Review from Google Oct 2017: They look very sketchy on the outside especially at night. But the actual apartments are ok. Though they are tiny. The kitchen and living room are the same room and they are very small. There are 4 people to an apartment. The parking is ok. For the price it isnt really worth it.
Review from 10/26/17 on Google Aug 2017: Great apartment to live in if you are going to BYU. Close to campus, great management.
Review from 8/24/17 on Google Sep 2016: I have really enjoyed living at Casa Dea apartments thus far! The management has been very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, the apartments are in overall good working order with only a few things that need to be fixed. It's at a great location which is only a few minutes walking distance to BYU campus and Provo Center Street! Great job, keep it up! Review from Google
