I did not have any problems with my room or apartment. I’m no longer in San Antonio and find it a waste to keep paying for a room I’m not living in. I have 3 roommates, one of which I’ve known for over a year, and two that recently moved in, so you won’t be the only odd ball.
It is a three story apartment. The first floor is the common area and the second and third floor have two rooms each. The second and third floor have balconies. A washer, dryer, and ☢ microwave is included in the unit. The apartment is fully furnished.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
