Im currently offering a 5 month lease starting in August and ending at the end of December (Fall ) at the Villas at Babcock. The apartment is a 4 room, 4.5 bathroom (you get your own) complex that comes fully furnished. The Villas has a really nice 🏊 pool, jacuzzi, gym (actually pretty nice), 🚍 bus route to UTSA, and queen sized beds for your comfort. The apartment also comes with a kitchen and a living room furnished with granite tops so its pretty nice. Other amenities include a washer and dryer within the apartment, a hang out spot at the front desk with 🏊 pool tables, arcade games, and Mac computers with printers. Parking is free and REALLY easy and almost all the ⌚time available right next to your apartment number.
Rate: /month Utilities: About a month for 💡electricity, all else is covered.
