Hey so I’m putting my - lease up for my ONE BEDROOM ONLY. and am looking for someone to take over it. The lease has already renewed but the lease can be signed over easy. I posted actual photos of my room to give you a better view of my room (Room C). You get your own bathroom so you don’t have to share. It’s a three story townhouse and the second and third floors have two individual bedrooms each and my room is on the top floor I get my own balcony that you can see through the window in the room. There is freecable and WiFi. The kitchen is actually really nice with granite countertops and flattop stove. You get your own cabinet for all your 🍕 food it’s pretty big too. And of course other space is provided for utensils and kitchen ware. The prices have recently gone up and I locked in my rate at $. so you would have my rate. The rate now is $..
