Hi I am looking for a 👩 female looking to sublease at The Villas at Babcock. It is a town home with 4 private rooms a a bathroom in each. There is also a powered room on the first floor. There is three floors with bedroom A and B on the second floor and bedroom C and D on the third. I have bedroom C. Each floor has their own balcony. Everyone tends to keep to themselves, and the roommate in bedroom D is rarely home, so it’s like I have my own floor. The apartment complex is 🌉 gated and is located across the street from UTSA. Quick access to and The Shops of La Cantera.
