I need someone to take over my lease at University Oaks Apartments because I am moving out. It is very close to the University of Texas at San Antonio if you attend the university. Also it would be a huge help. It is a nice place to get the experience of living on campus. Also it is really CHEAP and AFFORDABLE for students!!! It is a shared apartment with one other person, but you have your own private room and bathroom. It is a fully furnished apartment with a full size bed!!! The rent is Only $ and it covers all utilities and service fees!
