Oct 2015: Before you decide to live here PLEASE take the time to read this even if it is long. I have given this place two years of my life and regret every second of it. The problems started even when I first moved in. When I first got to the reserve, it was clear that the actual apartment looked nothing like the model. It was a lot grimier, horrible paint job, and the layout wasn't even the same. Not only that, the internal issues were the worse. I went two months without a working dryer. I moved in thinking things would be great and it took constant visits to the front office because I was being ignored over a serious problem. On top of that, under my sink the wood had caved in and grown mold on it.

Aug 2015: Definitely would give this place a big ZERO!! They had a new manager ____ and he left and things have been on a continuous downhill. There was one person left from the old team and she never knows what she is talking about or knows anything. They do not care about their tenants. Things were getting better but once the newest people came into the picture they have really screwed things up. I heard its the actual owners of the property but why are they not fixing things around here. You email the manager ____ and she is never around and takes days to answer your emails. You call and no one ever answers the phones.

Jul 2015: I wouldn't ever live here again. I took over my friends lease, which was fine until things started falling apart in the apartment. My roommates and I each put a complain in for the same thing, and they were never fixed. We moved out recently and it still hasn't been fixed. When they moved in nothing was cleaned either. I cleaned the carpets better then they did when they first moved in. I made a complaint about bees on our patio, and it took almost 2 weeks for them to knock them down. When they finally did they left the dead bees and the spray all over the wall and ground.
Review from 7/31/15 on Apartment RatingsJun 2015: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have new management here as of 2015 and have really taken a dive in the care of their tenants. They treat you like a number, and when you have any questions they respond with negative attitude. The staff also is very inexperienced in the way they run the property. The place looks like trash all the time. They walk in to your apartment whenever they want. There really is no privacy if that is something you are looking for. The maintenance here is the worst. My water that is supposed to be paid for by the apartments, goes out randomly without notice.
Review from 6/14/15 on Apartment RatingsJun 2015: I'm so glad I'm moving out. When people say the managment is horrible they're absolutely right. It's been run by several different people this year and they keep changing the payment system which is really invonvinient for college students.
Also at the point to where government people are standing outside the complex asking students questions because "they're investigating a racial discrimination case" is probably a good indicator that they're hiring horrible people to run this apartment complex.
I wish I could give the staff 0 stars.

Jun 2015: This place is absolutely terrible! I have regretted moving here last May and cannot wait to move out in a couple of months. There is no communication with the residents & staff. Month after month they are changing management, or website portals where you pay rent. The lawn is an absolute disaster, and is not kept up with. The 'fitness center' is crap.
My biggest issue is month after month we have issues paying rent online because they are always switching things up. So, when I try to go pay online its not working.
