Dec 2018: Went to San Antonio (UTSA) looking for a new place for our daughter to stay, she's ready to get out of the dorms. She begged us to take her to Sterling Heights because she has heard a lot of good things and its NEW! Of course I already had a list drawn up of all the places we were going to check and it was not one of them. By the end of a long day looking I finally caved and we ended at Sterling Heights. Going to say really glad we did! The place is brand new and of course its just amazing, but that is only part of it...Location, location, location (right across the street from the campus)... knowledgeable and friendly staff... and pricing is pretty much comparable to everything we saw all day. Yes, UTSA has a neat community, University-Oaks , which is on campus, but is owned by a private company and has an apartment set-up. It is cheaper than the dorms, and you get more space....read more

Dec 2018: Really excited for my daughter to move in next year. She has lived in the dorms on campus as well as the campus apartments and they don’t even compare to these apartments. The staff was super helpful in answering all of my many questions and concerns too. I highly recommend anyone looking for their child to not only be near campus but to experience apartment living to give Sterling Heights a call for a tour. You won’t be disappointed.
