It’s a 4 bedroom apartment in a brand new student housing across the street from Utsa. The apartment is luxury style with 🏊 pool club house and multiple study rooms and gym. There is also covered/🌉 gated parking in a parking garage and an Alamo draft house is being built right next door, it’s also 🐕 pet friendly, I am offering to pay half of first months rent and I am moving to start my masters. However this payment is negotiable as I do have to move. Do to my job I have not gotten to get to know the other three roommates however they are generally very quite. The floor plan is the D1 floor plan on their website and the lease ends 7//
