I moved into this apartment with plans of continuing my education at UTSA but due to a death in the family, Im moving back to Houston to be closer to home and to continue my education at UH.

Sterling Heights is conveniently located adjacent to the Shops at La Cantera and within half a mile of campus!
Sterling Heights was designed and developed with safety in mind, including cameras throughout the property and monitored access points.
I think my favorite part of the amenities is the fact that they take out your trash for you everyday. The gym is amazing similar to the one on campus they always have great music playing on the aux.
THE 🏊 pool is so nice they have games around the 🏊 pool so you can invite people over to have a chill 🏊 pool day.
The whole place is energy efficient design and operation limits environmental impacts and saves on utility costs.
I currently have two other roommates but they dont move in for another 2 weeks i haven&#;t meet them but they have been really great with communication so far.
