This apartment style is also sold out due to its popularity and close 🚶 walk to campus. I have a 🚶 walk in closet and large bedroom on the top floor (no one to make noise above you). I also have a balcony that overlooks the area. This lease is from August 1, - July ,. This apartment comes furnished and the rent includes 🌊 water,WiFi and up to $ of 💡electricity. My apartment is right next to the garage door, so it’s the closest apartment to your car. The 🚶 walk to campus is only minutes and there is also a 🚍 shuttle that picks up near the apartment. The apartment is right next to the Block which has a ton of 🍕 food trucks. Please contact me for more details. I am looking for someone to move in by the end of July. Also, my room mate is moving out so either a 👨 male or 👩 female could take over this lease.
