You would be paying $ a month beginning the first month plus usually $ for 💡electricity. Unit is fully furnished with trails in back of the complex. I live on the second floor. You can choose between covered parking or non covered parking. Includes flat screen 📺 tv in living room! Full size washer and dryer is included per unit and shared amongst the 2 roommates.
