Hi, I have a $/month dorm I am looking to sublease at Chisholm Hall. The floorplan is the Double Deluxe. All utilities are included in the rent. The room is located on the first floor. I will pay the $ transfer fee for the lease. The lease is ten months long, I already paid the 1st month. If someone is looking for a place to live, this would be extremely convenient.
