I really need to find someone interested in taking my lease. I will pay the dollar fee to transfer it. From there you would have to pay rent the first day of each month. this is a full year contract from August to July , i believe you can switch it to academic year. it is very convenient and right in the heart of the UTSA campus. It&#;s one private bedroom and bathroom, community kitchen, WiFi, cable, etc.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
