Jun 2016: I lived in Chase Hill for a year now. The apartment is order so there are more bugs then everywhere else ive lived. Bugs like fruit flies, fleas..etc. But I contact the the office and they immediately send someone the fix this issue. The bug problem will reoccur and this will repeat. The maintenance survives is VERY FAST and friendly the few times I need to call them. I think the office staff is a lot better than the ones in Villas. The room is pretty large compare to other student housing. And there are not that many people making party's around. Very clean and quite.
For the price and the size of the room, I think it's worth it.

Apr 2015: drug and smoke here. You can hear loud voice at midnight because people gather outside. If you do not talk to them or the life style is not the same, they will treat you badly. Manager and staffs do not solve problems and people think problems are you, who should be kicked out.
