Apr 2016: Horrible property! Expensive rent, careless staff, lazy maintenance, and disgusting property inside and out. Also all furniture is cheaply made and falls apart on a weekly basis. Not to mention, EXTREMELY UNSAFE!!!!!!

Apr 2016: Highly suggest finding somewhere else to live. You can find a safer place for the same price. Not only that, but it feels like the management doesn't even care about you. Their have been several break ins and other problems at this complex and the property manager just said they weren't obligated to let the residents know of safety issues going on. I thought that was ridiculous. I had a very scary experience living here and tried breaking my lease because I feared for my life and they refused. They do not care and will not let you leave if something serious happens.

Oct 2015: Absoloutly horrible. Moved me into a moldy smelly apartment with a broken window and scratched floors. There have been several shootings since I moved in during August and it's only October. Every other apartment here is a drug dealer and no one is engaged in the community or even campus. It's like a bunch of crack heads live here. And on top of all that, it's most I've ever paid in rent which says a lot because I lived in a luxury apartment across from the rim last year.
Review from 10/18/15 on Apartment RatingsApr 2015: So this place has made this the worst year of my life. Starting off the staff here are absolutely terrible. Not only do they ignore your complaints and barge into your room unexpecidaly but they are incredibly rude. Second there is absolutely no parking for free and to get a good spot you have to pay 20 extra dollars. Another thing is that if you put anything on the porch that isn't " porch friendly" they will fine you that includes coolers, house chairs, Christmas lights, and flower pots. But the last thing and most drastic was that I lived right next door to the girl that got her apartment broken into and her and her roommate got molested. The thing that wasn't in he news was that the man picked BOTH locks on the door and broke in which shows that you are never safe.

Nov 2014: It's student living and it nice, any apartment come with rules so I expected that. There was a bonus this year, they provide every apartment with a flat screen TV and Apple TV for the living rooms. I love that the apartments are within walking distance of the school (short walk to Main Campus) or you can always take the shuttle that comes. I love these apartments and my roommates!! Thanks! The staff is also really nice, XX always so hello when I walk into the office and he remembers me on campus.
