The reason I need to sublease my room is because I&#;ve received an internship opportunity in Houston and need to be there full ⌚time. The neighborhood has a clubhouse down the block that includes an office, gym, study rooms, and 🏊 pool. They also provide a 🚍 shuttle service to the school. I&#;m willing to pay the first month plus the $ transfer fee of the sublease. Move in can be as early as possible.Please feel free to text or call for any further questions!
