I am looking for a 👩 girl to take over my lease (1br/1bath in 3 bedroom apt) for the month of June and July with the possibility to renew at the Woodlands apartments. My lease will end on July , and I will move out of state by the end of May . Rent is $ per month + utilities. The room is not furnished but you will have your own bathroom. You will be living with two other 👩 girls. They are graduate students, respectful, and very 🎇clean.
