Fairly relaxed atmosphere, we really dont care what you do as long as the condo stays somewhat 🎇neat (dishes, dirt, clutter, damage to furniture, etc). You wont have to deal with Woodlands management. ⌚timely maintenance and quick service.
Illicit substances of any kind are not allowed in the condo at any ⌚time.
Unfortunately, we are fairly strict on 🐕 pets. There may be exceptions but bear that in mind.
