It’s a fully furnished apartment. no admin fees/application fees/security deposits except room transfer charges as you will be taking over my lease. The monthly rent is $ including all utilities (⛽gas, 💡electricity, 🌊 water,internet). The apartment is opposite to the sorority village, 🚶 walkable distance to the university campus, Publix, Cumberland Ave strip. The apartment complex has free laundry, study room, gym, community room, free coffee bar, waffle Wednesdays, etc
