You would have a private bedroom and half bathroom with a shared shower, kitchen, and living room. There is also in-unit laundry.
The apartment complex is roughly minutes from campus, right off of Western Avenue. Rent is $ a month and utilities are split in half with the current roommate. There is also a 🏊 pool, pickle ball court, and a gym. My 💕 👨 boyfriend will also pay for April for whoever takes the lease over! The current roommate does have a cat, but she is very sweet and stays in his room mostly.
