My roommates and I are in a situation where we have to relet our apartment because of a sudden change in our living situation for the upcoming school year. Currently 1 of my roommates has already had a new tenant take his lease, and I am in search of someone to take mine. The lease is at The Commons on Bridge, and while I have yet to live there, I have heard nothing but great things. The apartment is a 4 bed and 4 bath and the complex has a fitness center, a /7 Package Concierge System, is 🐕 pet friendly, and has high speed internet. The rent is $ a month, and this price includes all utilities except for 💡electricity. The utilities covered by the rent are ⛽gas, trash, 🌊 water,cable📺 tv, waste🌊 water, and internet service. My roommates and I are currently freshman who will be sophomores for the upcoming school year, so I would prefer for other 👨 male undergraduates to take our leases.
