I am looking for someone to sublease my room at the commons highland avenue in a 4 bed 4 bathroom apartment for summer (May-August). The commons is a very nice block of apartments, it is convenient with washer and dryer in the unit, fast internet connection and literally min 🚶 walk from UTK campus and downtown Knoxville, with the T ride 🚍 bus stop only few minutes away, you will definitely ❤️love staying in this place. I have 3 nice roommates that will probably not be around the whole of summer so you probably get the whole apartment to yourself. The apartment is fully furnished so just bring your luggage. The rent for the place is normally $ but I am subleasing at $ excluding 💡electricity.
