Aug 2016: The office staff and maintenance is great in this place. This neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Knoxville. The price is very good, the apartments are clean. Even they are old, they took good care of the apartments and the renovation is very good. Review from GoogleDec 2015: Great place to live. Plenty of things to do in the area, close to campus as well. Jun 2010: I love these apartments. Going on my second year living here, and the management is incredible. Any time I need something or mention something it's done within a day or two. I've never seen a single roach in my apartment, but I know the management would get people out to spray extra asap if I complained. After this year, I think 12 of my friends will be moving in to various apartments around the complex. It's safe, beautiful, close to campus and Kroger and the interstate. Couldn't be more pleased.
