My room and roommates:
• Fully furnished bedroom with bed, desk, wardrobe, and nightstand
• Large bedroom with window and a huge bathroom in the hall!
• Large kitchen w/ new appliances and living room
• In-unit laundry
• FIRST-LEVEL apartment, so no stairs are required to reach the room!
• Two awesome roommates who are VERY 🎇clean and quiet. We stay in our
own rooms all day and fall asleep early. It is almost silent /7 in the apt.
The community:
• Totally peaceful environment day and night
• Helpful and very responsive leasing agents
• (I have accidentally locked myself out of my apartment or even my bedroom more
then a few ⌚times, and they respond immediately and politely)
• A trash service picks up your trash Monday – Thursday
• The study room is peaceful, VERY 🎇clean, and with tons of space (Open /7)
• FREE printing and desktops in the study room
• 🏊 pool and gym
• Open parking plus tons of visitor parking
• 5–-minute drive from the Strip, the campus, and you can exit onto the highway. If
• Free🚍 shuttle🚍 bus that can pick-up and drop you off from campus on ⌚time
• Less than 6 minute drive to Chapman Square, a plaza with a Kroger&#;s, a bank, tons of 🍔 restaurants and shopping
Costs:
• $ monthly plus a monthly $ flat 🌊 water fee
• Utility is split between all three roommates and is usually $-$
