Description:
Looking for 👩 females only for a Quarry Trail position. This is a really nice place, I&#;ve got 3 roommates here that are all super sweet and kind along with 2 cats that currently reside here (named Blue and Mushu). Roommates aren&#;t particularly loud or into partying so it&#;s a perfect environment for those who are looking for something a bit quieter.
Benefits:
Quarry Trail itself is a really nice place and has a lot of useful facilities, such as a 🏊 pool, a workout area, private study rooms, a really reliable 🚌 shuttle that runs to campus and back, a hangout area in the office and really ❤️lovely staff willing to help you out!
Rent:
It&#;s slightly higher than a few other places - on that note, a lot of the rent is used to cover the facilities and benefits that go here. There&#;s no 🚌 bus fee, parking is only $ a year, and 🌊 water & 💡electricity is included in the bill~
Extra:
If you&#;re willing to work with me on this I am personally willing to help out some! I can cover a little bit of the cost or pay part of the first month or whatever you need! If you need me to move out a bit earlier, I can do that too. As of now I&#;m looking to finish up this semester at UTK and then move out, so I can get out a little bit after this semester ends!
