Looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring semester. Move in date is flexible, along with flexible rent. Only other expense is 💡electricity ($est.) The room is a nice size; I do share a bathroom that is big and has two sinks. The roommate I share a bathroom with is hardly ever at the apartment, and is super sweet. The bathroom had a bathtub which I use every night (if that gives you an idea of how often my roommate is not here.) My other roommate is my 🏆best friend, she is so sweet and ❤️loves to 🎇clean! She also has a dog who is adorable, he is a medium sized lap/ridgeback mix that does not shed. He stays in the crate when she is not home. The apartment stays very 🎇clean, we don’t pay for 🌊 water, so we run the dishwasher constantly. This is a great location on the strip, close to everything (🚶 walking distance), including campus.
