I have recently been offered a full ⌚time job in Nashville, and am trying to move out asap and find a sublease (👨 boy or 👩 girl!) for my room at Knox Ridge! The apartment is available for this spring semester, as well as this summer and both spring and fall semesters of next year (lease ends July st of ). (Pending application for Fall semester ) If you only want to sublease for one of the semesters/ ⌚times, that is perfectly okay too! The apartment itself is a three story furnished town home with a huge basement, patio, kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining table, my room is on the third floor, and you would have 3 other roommates- 2 👨 boys and 1 👩 girl. You would have your own private bedroom as well as your own bathroom! Because I have previously lived at Knox ridge, I have a REDUCED rate ($ per month) compared to the rate they are offering new occupants! 🌊 water and 💡electric are around $ per month, parking is included in rent as well as visitor parking! 🐕 pets are also allowed- no breed restrictions or weight restrictions, you can also have as many 🐕 pets as you would like ( there is a one ⌚time renewable 🐕 pet deposit fee of $ for your first pet, and $ for any 🐕 pet you get after). There is a community hot tub, lazy river, dog park, and fitness room at the club house available to you as well! It’s about a minute drive to campus, and I would throw in my commuter parking spot pass for this year for free! The apartment comes furnished- (queen sized bed, desk, chair, night stand, and dresser). I have painted the walls white with a black trim to fit my room theme, however the walls can be painted any color you choose! PM if interested or have any questions!
