Dec 2016: We lived in A 3br/2ba apartment at Greentree for a year. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. They require you to pay for a parking pass, so your car won't get booted. They have very few designated visitor parking, and ZERO of those spots are in the back parking lot (where the 3/2 apts are located). We stayed at Greentree 2 years ago, when Knoxville was hit with snow and ice storms during February and March. The complex did not salt the parking lot the first time, and when they salted it before the 2nd round of snow, they salted the entire parking lot except for the back half where the 3/2 are all located. The Maintenace is very rude, and they barely give proper notice when they are supposed to come into your apartment. We had water leak issues since we had arrived and our AC broke. Oct 2016: Dont live in GREENTREE VILLAGE EVER. It the worst apartment ever. Its cheap but its not worth it. The authority is useless and does not give a ---- about the residents. The leasing agent Chelsea is worst of all. She does no work at all. The apartments are old and the pipes are damaged every month. They shut water for a whole day with 20 mins prior notice. The management is below average. I have heard people getting brown recluse,snake,etc in their apartment. They take forever to get things done. I can't wait for my lease to get over. I have not seen a worst management than this. Dominion please change the management of GTV PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Sep 2016: The biggest problem from the last few months is that the Greentree Village office is managed by a woman who is always out of office on some pretext or the other. I drove up to the office to see if they had vacant apartments and for two hours no one was there. Came to know from another guy working there that the woman managing the office often goes off somewhere, without informing others. Changed my mind about living there. Review from Google
Aug 2015: I had a terrible experience living here. We battled a leaky roof the entire year and near the end when they finally were replacing the roof; the roofers failed to place a tarp to protect against forecasted heavy rain. Well, it rained. A lot. No less than 6 leaks developed over the course of one night with several places where plaster actually fell and nearly damaged my furniture. One of the places where there had been a problem with leaks was in my bedroom. When the 1 foot by 2 foot piece fell on my dresser, you could see all kinds of mold on the ceiling. When I reported this to the office, the manager tried to argue with me that "Maintenance didn't see any mold"!!! I never get sick and had been sick for weeks at this point.

Jul 2013: I have lived at Greentree for a year, and I have appreciated living here. The apartments themselves aren't anything special. The location is good. The staff in the office has always been nice and helpful. Every time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been fixed that day and the maintenance guys are friendly. The only problem I have had is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors through the ceiling very easily. Other than that, it's been a rather positive experience. Feb 2013: I love living at Greentree Village! It's so pretty. Also, it feels safe. When my husband and I moved in, everything was so clean and nice. The leasing staff is precious and incredibly friendly. There was nothing tricky as the case is with many leases. Shelley, the manager, explained everything fully and completely and patiently answered every single question we threw at her. I read on one of the reviews that someone has been battling bugs. My husband and I have only seen ONE in our nearly three months there, and it was a little old stink bug. That's it. Also, the staff is very quick and efficient in solving maintenance issues, which are few.
