The apartment is in Deane Hill Apartments (next to the West Town Mall) at Kingston Pike. We are in a 3br/2.5bathroom townhouse (see picture below). I am graduating and leaving TN in December. The room is &#; x &#;", with closet and shared bathroom.
The apartment has two 👨 male engineering graduate students from UTK. They are smart, 🎇clean, quiet, nice and respectful. Like graduate students, they leave in the early morning and come back at night. Deane Hill apartments is a very nice area, full of families, and green areas. Free parking, two 🏊 pools, gym, 🚍 bus stop, tennis courts, playgrounds, laundry, etc.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
