May 2018: I am currently planning to relocate to Knoxville from New York, Brandon was nice enough to spend time with me to describe the different areas of town, the range of rentals available and was even able to provide a lead on a possible job opportunity! The printed apartment guide itself is also extremely comprehensive and easy to use. Excellent service, would rate ten stars if possible. Review from Google

Apr 2017: Lived here for 2 years at first i loved my apartment. That all went downhill fast. The ac pipes would clog up every summer and it would pour water in my linen closet. Resulting in mold growing all over my ceiling and in closet. The plumbing was terrible it took 48 hours for my bathtub to drain, noone could tell me why this was happening. The floor around the toilet became soaked with water and made it feel like the floor was going to cave in. I asked many times for them to fix it they never did. The glass doors to the balcony didnt close all the way and i had to duct tape them shut to keep bugs out.

Mar 2017: The worst place I have ever lived! Where do I even begin? I could hear our upstairs neighbors conversations clear as day. Our downstairs neighbor constantly partied during weeknights, and management never did anything about it. We constantly found the largest cockroaches I have ever seen run through our apartment. Our front door was 1 and a half inches off of the ground so anything could crawl through. There are 4 washing machines, only two of which work correctly, for about 100 residents, and the laundry room is constantly flooded and moldy.

Aug 2016: I lived here a year with my sister as a "transition apartment" - it was cheap, in a great location, and we thought the brick and light blue accents made for a pleasant aesthetic. We honestly did not expect much or plan to stay long, but I loved living here! I had great neighbors, no problems with noise, any problems we had were attended to in a reasonable time by maintenance, and 1,000 sq ft was plenty of space for us at a great price! It's an older building and the interior could have looked better - things like light fixtures, wall color, appliances, and linoleum/carpet - however, we expected as much for the price and after our own touch it looked great and was very cozy.

Jan 2016: This is an awful place to live . There is dog crap everywhere.You can smell weed all the time and sometimes crack. There is absolutely no soundproofing in theses apartments , which means expect to be woken up all night and disturbed most of the day especially if you have an extreme nightmare of a neighbor like we got. This is definitely no place to raise kids and yet they will advertise it like a family apartment community. Dogs are never on leashes including aggressive breeds. i.e. (had growling pit bull run up to child with teeth bared). Mold is all over my bathroom no matter how much i clean. And they have the nerve to tell people there is a laundry room and storage here.

Jul 2015: It's an older building, lots of closet space and roomy for the money. But, you get what you pay for. I can hear the neighbors conversations, nightly romps and snoring (as if I were in the room). Dead cockroaches are all over the floors in the common areas. Black mold is in the apartment bathrooms and the management/maintenance came into the apartment to clean the mold, but have not repaired the issue of the leak. Now there is a water ring in the ceiling that keeps getting bigger and darker. Animals are not kept on leashes and very few owners clean their pet messes. The hallway constantly smells of urine and other horrible orders.

Aug 2013: My husband and I lived at Cambridge Arms while he was attending grad school at UT. We loved our apartment as it became our "home". Cambridge Arms has a very good location right off of Kingston Pike minutes from everything. We were situated in a unit with a balcony, which was wonderful to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. We enjoyed our time at Cambridge Arms and were sad to move to Georgia where my husband received a job offer. We definitely recommend this property to everyone. Jul 2013: I have lived at Cambridge Arms for three years now. I have truly enjoyed living here. It is very wooded and peaceful. I have never had any problems at all and I can't say enough good things about this place. I have an apartment out near the swimming pool and it is really enjoyable. My husband and I met here. We will be moving because we are going to be buying a house, and I have to say the move will be bitter sweet. The memories cannot ever be replaced. Cambridge Arms has a wonderful staff. They stay on top of things. I have never waited longer than a day for any request. I noticed another review talking about bugs. May 2013: I have lived at Cambridge Arms for several years. I have really enjoyed my stay here. The apartments are very affordable and in a beautiful location. The managers and maintenance staff have always helped me with any problems that have come up. I have had to have very little repairs because the place is well kept. The company owners are doing a lot of improvements to the property with new roofs, etc... If you want a place that has plenty of room, a great location near everything, and people who work there actually care about you, you can't go wrong by coming here.
