I am looking for someone to sublease and takeover my apartment at over the summer. A family emergency requires me to leave Knoxville this summer.
In the apartment, there is in-unit washer and dryer, private bathrooms inside of your private bedroom. The apartment is a great distance and location from campus. The living room contains floor to ceiling windows (corner room) and there’s a 🏊 pool, clubhouse and ton of other amenities. Utilities are not included but usually run an extra $-$. Garage parking can be added for a fee. This is a 🐕 pet FRIENDLY apartment! :)
