The rooms each have a private bathroom and a keyed entry along with full size washer and dryer in the unit. Apartment has a private balcony, is fully furnished and each room has a flat screen 📺 tvCable Package w/ HBO and Premium Channels! The apartments are in a 🌉 gated community with 2 🏊 pools and a fitness center! You are not required to be a student so this is ideal for a person relocating whom needs ⌚time to acclimate themselves to Tampa before committing to a longer term. Especially since all utilities are included so no hassle of setting up services! Note, there is a utilitycap but we&#;ve never reached it when there were 3 of us. The rent is $ which is inclusive and includes the required apartment insurance. I took a position and must relocate so the place is available for sub-lease thru the end of July. There is a $ Administrative /application fee due upon move-in and I am willing to pay the $ re-let fee assuming your approved to assume responsibility for the lease.
