Unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, balcony, fully furnished kitchen and living room as well as a fully furnished bedroom and private bathroom (see photos below). Complex amenities include study rooms, 🏊 pool, gym, 🍔 grills, and fire pits. The complex is located right across the street from 💚 USF on the north side and is 🚶 walking distance from multiple grocerystores. Unreserved 🌉 gated parking is available for an additional $/month; other fees include $/month for package delivery service provided by Fetch and $./month for renter&#;s insurance (insurance fee only applies if you don&#;t already have insurance).
