I reletting my place since I&#;ll be going home for the summer.
It&#;s a 2x2, 3rd floor, one roommate only who is very quiet and 🎇clean.
There are no animals in the house.
The room has a private bathroom, comes with a full size bed with dresser under🎇neath and new mattress, new shower, in-built cabinet in the bathroom, a desk and chair. I&#;m also leaving my mini⛄ fridge if the person wants it. The whole house has a carpet besides the kitchen area.
I&#;m willing to pay may upfront and the person can live one month for free.
