Jul 2015: My experience here was terrible. If I had time to go into extensive detail I would however at this point I will make bullet points.
- The keys are hotel keys. Therefore, I spent many days in the office or waiting outside of the office at night for a staff member to help me get into my home.
- The staff is very unprofessional and rude. When I had a problem with electricity overages which were a mistake due to incorrect distribution of the electricity cap included in your rent, the staff simply told me how to cut down on electricity usage and that nothing could be done. WRONG!

May 2015: Well let me start off by saying that there are a few improvements that need to be made. Bull Runner needs to go to the Pointe and the grounds needs to be cleaned up more often. However for the price it is hard to beat what you get. Bedroom overlooked the pond in the back which is a pretty sweet view. They finally got rid of the brown/orange building color and the new building colors look 10x better. It's also hard to beat the pool when it's kept up properly. The new hardwood floor is a huge improvement as well, having all carpet sucked.

Mar 2015: If at all possible, do not come here. Especially if you are serious student.
General problems.
1. Noise. Just about every night, there is someone always playing their loud music that shakes the floor. Just about every four days, there is a party at someones house that usually leads to drunken people doing stupid things and damaging other peoples property.
2. Safety. The facility is very old. Many of their things are broken or messed up. Screws loose on staircase, concretes cracked, shaky. Not to mention frequent police visit due muggers in area.
