Hey!! I’m currently trying to find someone to sublease my apartment room at the Ivy apartments for the next year. It is a nice place that has study areas, swimming 🏊 pool, and a gym. The rate for the lease is $, and for this price you will get your own bedroom and bathroom. It is 5 minutes drive from the campus. Additionally, one very nice person lives in another room - he is very friendly and he is into sports.
The room has its own living room, kitchen, and a laundry room. Utensils, 📺 tv, sofas are already in the room. I will attach a picture of floor plan to this post.
