I am a current resident at the Flats in a Duo II (2 bedroom/2 bath/inside corner apt w/extra large balcony/3rd floor/new carpet), I also has a lease for Aug - July . I am looking to release the lease for next year with the option of releasing any of the remaining current lease as well which would allow for move in before the regular August move in weekend. There is currently a roommate but none currently assigned for next year lease so if you have a desired roommate, this is the perfect apartment for you. The rent for next year is $ (utilitiesincluded), however, I am willing to contribute $/month making it a bargain at $/month!!
This complex is the closest to campus and to Publix grocerystore! It has all the amenities you could imaging!
