Mar 2015: The office managers, Christina and Jenniene, are extremely friendly and know everyone on a first name basis, which is extremely impressive given the amount of people who live on this complex. All tenants are also friendly, and the noise level is generally pretty low.
Maintenance is also a big plus here. In the times that I've needed something fixed, I would have maintenance out to fix it that day - usually within an hour or two.
Overall, I strongly recommend this complex if you're looking to move into the north Tampa area. This is coming from someone who has lived here for six months.

Mar 2015: I moved in to Sunscape in August of 2014. I have loved living here! I love my apartment and I love the staff. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience. Based on the multiple apartments I saw before settling on Sunscape, none of them had everything that Sunscape had for the price. Washer and dryer was included, which was really important to me! Water is included, valet trash, etc. They are also pet friendly which was a must for me. Anything around the price range of Sunscape was gross and very sketchy. I love the gated apartment, it made me feel better living on my own. Make sure you look up all apartments you are interested in, and see what their ratings on, because they can hide a lot when you go to visit!
