Aug 2015: This apartment complex looks good to the eye in the beginning it was good they treat you nice to get you in the door then after that that don't care about you because they are more focused on moving new people in. They windows in my apartment were very old i couldn't even open them only one in the whole apartment would open i put in several request n complaints in the winter of the air literally feeling like it was coming in the window while closed. They came looked at it at least 3 time yet and still i just moved out in August n lets just say i had the same windows that still did not open smh.

Jan 2015: I must say, I have lived here at Summit West for 4 years. I have had some rocky moments, but things seem to be looking up! The staff is fantastic, the online services are great which made renewing my lease this time really easy. The maintenance takes care of any issues immediately and they are always helpful and friendly. I love that I can rent out the clubhouse for private functions, my sons 4th birthday party next weekend. we now have newsletters which is great to stay involved. It seems like the office really cares about the residents. I know my neighbors have been here for almost 20 years, like a lot of the other neighbors.
