Looking to sublet at Station on nd street near 💚 USF. The room is very spacious, with a huge desk and sizable closet. The room has all new carpets and furniture. The bedroom is incredibly spacious, by far the largest I’ve seen near 💚 USF, and all of the apartment has been recently redone with granite countertops and new fixtures.
The complex has a gym, study rooms, a 🏊 pool, and a clubhouse with starbucks coffee machine and computers. I have never had any really issues while living here, and all of my roommates and neighbors are very nice.
Lease is through July . with the option to renew!
